Return Policy
We accept returns for store credit only. To initiate a return, you must contact us, and items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Please note that we cannot process returns as exchanges for inventory purposes. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance.
Items must be returned unworn and in new condition. Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. We highly recommend insuring your return, as we do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. These items are fragile and handmade; please ensure they are packaged securely.
**Important:** Please do not send your return in an envelope or bag, as these returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Any applicable packaging, shipping, and insurance costs will be deducted from your return.

All sales are final on custom order pieces.
Please note that all sale and discounted items are final sale. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return, including items from holiday sales and flash sale promotions.
