We offer free shipping within the United States for any order greater than $100!
Handling Times
All orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. We typically process orders within 3 to 5 business days after they are placed. Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. The delivery speed depends on the carrier, so we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. However, on average, packages arrive within 2 to 4 business days after processing. Please keep in mind that the delivery time provided at checkout is only an estimate and does not include the processing time. Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
Lost packages
If you have lost a package, it is important to report it immediately. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office right away. Additionally, you will need to report your package as missing online. To do this, follow this link: https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/, enter your tracking number, and click the “Start” button under the section labeled “Having an issue related to this tracking number?”.
Before submitting your order, please double-check your shipping address. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect information entered during the order process. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, you will incur an additional shipping charge to resend the item.
